New Developments Bring New Vibes to Perimeter

From the bustling Ashford Lane, already a hub of retail, culinary delights, and entertainment, to the visionary High Street development near Perimeter Mall that seamlessly blends offices, apartments, shopping, and dining into one walkable destination. Plus, there’s Campus 244, a modernized office and retail complex just off the highway. These developments are set to elevate Perimeter into an even more dynamic place to work, reside, and unwind.

Perimeter’s Newest Gathering Spot is at Ashford Lane

Turn down Olde Perimeter Way, and you’ll find yourself in the heart of Ashford Lane. A leisurely stroll through this mixed-use development unveils a tantalizing array of restaurants and captivating retail outlets. Ashford Lane also features “The Lawn,” a central public space perfect for community gatherings and alfresco dining.

Nestled between the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody MARTA stations, Ashford Lane aspires to be both a welcoming destination for visitors and a convenient retail haven for locals.

A Vision of Urban Excellence Comes Together at High Street

Still under construction and expected to open next year, High Street promises to be the next biggest destination in Perimeter. The development is designed to have everything – offices, apartments, retail and dining locations, hotels, and even public outdoor space.

The result will be a walkable community where people can live, work, and find entertainment all without having to get in their cars. For visitors or commuters to the district, High Street will be conveniently located right next to the Dunwoody MARTA stop, as well as easily accessible from I-285, GA-400, and multiple bus routes.

Positioned adjacent to the Dunwoody MARTA station and easily accessible via I-285, GA-400, and various bus routes, High Street’s completion will usher in a new era for Perimeter with a colossal 8 million square feet of mixed-use development spanning 36 acres. This includes 3,000 residential units, 400,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 672,000 square feet of office space, and 400 hotel rooms.

The Future of Work Unfolds at Campus 244

Head slightly south and east from High Street, and you reach the future site of Campus 244, a mixed office and retail development that promises to become a favored destination of modern workers.

Dominating Campus 244 will be a futuristic office building featuring lots of natural light and a lawn terrace workers can relax on. The campus is much more than an office park, though. It’ll also have space for retail, restaurants, and a hotel, all centered around a public green space.

Campus 244 is yet another example of a mixed-use development that conveniently offers visitors everything they need in one centralized, walkable location. Commuters and other visitors can easily access it from either the Dunwoody MARTA station or from I-285 and GA-400.

A Vibrant New Era

These developments are expected to bring a new level of energy to Perimeter. Not only do they encourage new businesses to enter the neighborhood, growing our local economy, but they also introduce community spaces that can be used to bring Perimeter residents and commuters together. This is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter that’s in store for Perimeter.
