High Street Diversifies Perimeter’s Retail Mix with New Round of Announcements 

High Street, the vibrant mixed-use district at the heart of Perimeter, is set to elevate Perimeter’s experience with the latest announcement of five new retailers. Jaguar Bolera, Nando’s Peri-Peri, Velvet Taco, Allen Edmonds, and Skin Spirit join a lineup that promises a dynamic fusion of first-to-market brands and local favorites. 

Captivating Retail and Dining 

High Street has secured over 80,000 square feet of retail space in its first phase, totaling 150,000 square feet. This cosmopolitan development, designed around a walkable city grid, boasts ten blocks of engaging plazas, water features, and lush pedestrian-friendly streets. 

James Linsley, President of GID Development Group, the visionary behind High Street, expresses enthusiasm: “We have carefully curated a lively mix of retail experiences, including several new-to-Atlanta concepts and beloved community brands, that weave together the unique urban fabric of this district. With every visit, guests will delight in old favorites and new discoveries. We’re enjoying terrific momentum and interest from tenants. It’s an exciting time for High Street.” 

The Latest Retail Announcements 

The five newly unveiled retailers will bring over 31,000 square feet of exciting experiences: 

1. Jaguar Bolera

A next-gen “eatertainment” destination featuring duckpin bowling, foosball, darts, board games, and karaoke in private rooms, spanning 21,500 square feet. 

2. Nando’s PERi-PERi

Originating from Johannesburg, Nando’s brings its spicy flame-grilled chicken and authentic PERi-PERi sauce to Atlanta in a 3,300-square-foot flagship location with South African-inspired interior and patio seating. 

3. Velvet Taco

A unique taco concept offering more than 20 varieties in a funky fast-casual setting, occupying 2,300 square feet. 

4. Allen Edmonds

A luxury menswear retailer relocating to High Street, showcasing a revitalized 1,800-square-foot storefront with customizable shoes and premium lifestyle brands for men. 

5. Skin Spirit

Atlanta welcomes its first Skin Spirit location, a 2,300-square-foot med-spa offering medical aesthetics and skincare services. 

Community-Centric Atmosphere 

The development also welcomes The Hampton Social, Agave Bandido, Sugarcoat, Cuddlefish, Ben & Jerry’s, and Puttshack, ensuring a diverse array of offerings.
