Perimeter’s Work-Play-Live Vibe Thrives With New Openings

Perimeter continues to attract exciting retail and neighborhood developments. Recently opened SkinSpirit, Ben & Jerry’s, and Nando’s PERi-PERi are filling mixed-use development High Street’s storefronts, while new leases have been signed on 86,000+ square feet of retail space. Joining the vibrant community this winter and next spring, The NOW Massage and Rosetta Bakery are eagerly preparing to welcome customers.

Puttshack is coming to High Street on Nov. 6, 2024! Soon, you’ll be able to sip and swing your putter at one of four 9-hole courses.

Nando’s PERi-PERi opened its flagship Atlanta-area location on Aug. 27, welcoming both members of its cult following and newcomers alike. Nando’s is known for its flavorful, flame-grilled chicken, and its popularity can be traced to PERi-PERi – or African Bird’s Eye Chili – the heart and soul of the Nando’s experience.  

Waxing the City is coming soon to Dunwoody Village. The franchise offers facial and body waxing services, as well as specialty beauty services, and is soon opening eight more locations throughout the Atlanta area.

Discover Strength, a new fitness studio focused on efficient workouts to build strength, is opening in Sandy Springs in December 2024. Their mission is equipping people with the best workout technology and efficient, 30-minute maximum workouts that’ll provide effective results.

Desi District, a new fast-casual Indian dining chain, is opening along Ashford Dunwoody Lane in Dunwoody next January. The franchise is also opening a new location in Cumming.

CT Taqueria, a family-owned Mexican restaurant, is bringing its sixth location to Campus 244 in December 2024. The upscale location will seat 300 and have a large space available for events and parties.
