Perimeter’s Work-Play-Live Vibe Thrives at High Street

Perimeter continues to attract exciting retail and neighborhood developments. Recently opened SkinSpirit, Ben & Jerry’s, and Nando’s PERi-PERi are filling mixed-use development High Street’s storefronts, while new leases have been signed on 86,000+ square feet of retail space. Joining the vibrant community this winter and next spring, The NOW Massage and Rosetta Bakery are eagerly preparing to welcome customers.

This new wave is continuing the retail success of High Street’s mixed-use development plan, which welcomed Velvet Taco and Allen Edmonds this summer. With over 300 residents already residing on the property, Perimeter’s work-play-live scene continues to thrive.

“We are thrilled with the momentum at High Street as we see retail openings, new residents joining our community, and the leasing of exceptional retail spaces to top-tier, sought-after concepts,” shared Ian Ward, Senior Vice President at GID, the developer behind High Street. “By carefully curating a diverse range of restaurants, service providers, and entertainment options, we are bringing a distinctive experience to the Perimeter area. With a vibrant resident population and a continuous stream of visitors, High Street is transforming into a dynamic 24/7 destination that offers something for everyone.”

What’s new at High Street

Rosetta Bakery will open its second Atlanta location at High Street next spring. The authentic Italian bakery is known for its artisanal coffee and baked goods, especially famous Bombolone. Plus, guests can see the bakers in action through the kitchen’s glass wall and choose their pastries from the window displays.

The NOW Massage is opening is fifth Metro Atlanta location at High Street this winter. The NOW has reimagined the approachable luxury of a neighborhood spa with premium massages and an original design inspired by beachside destinations from around the world.

Nando’s PERi-PERi opened its flagship Atlanta-area location on Aug. 27, welcoming both members of its cult following and newcomers alike. Nando’s is known for its flavorful, flame-grilled chicken, and its popularity can be traced to PERi-PERi – or African Bird’s Eye Chili – the heart and soul of the Nando’s experience.

SkinSpirit opened at High Street on Sept. 3 and will have an official grand opening celebration this fall. The med spa is the nation’s #1 provider of BOTOX® Cosmetic and the premier destination for medical aesthetics and skincare.

Ben & Jerry’s also opened at High Street on Sept. 3. It’s brought the “shop of the future” to Perimeter, incorporating a visionary design and functional, fan-focused interactivity.

High Street has secured more than 86,000 square feet in leases of the first phase’s 150,000-square-foot retail environment, including globally inspired taco restaurant Velvet Taco and luxury menswear store Allen Edmonds, which are also open at High Street. More retailers are coming this year and into 2025.
