If you’ve ever considered biking to work, running errands by bike, or just cycling for fun in the Perimeter area, now is the perfect time to get started—and we’ve got everything you need to make it easy.

Rapid Ride is the new, flexible solution for your commute into Perimeter. Powered by the Perimeter Community Improvement Districts (PCIDs) and Commute With Enterprise, Rapid Ride connects groups of 5-8 commuters in close proximity to share the ride in a comfortable, insured vehicle. If you’ve ever heard of vanpool, this is its modern form.

Space is filling up fast! Halfway through 2025, Perimeter continues to welcome new neighbors after last year’s staggering total (1.3M, but who’s counting?) of square feet leased. With reporting only out for Q1 so far, the Perimeter submarket has already leased 223K square feet of space.
