Space is filling up fast! Halfway through 2025, Perimeter continues to welcome new neighbors after last year’s staggering total (1.3M, but who’s counting?) of square feet leased. With reporting only out for Q1 so far, the Perimeter submarket has already leased 223K square feet of space.
